Popular in 2008, we brought them back 2009. This is a slinky Lycra Shrug (sort of jacket) with full sleeves, that looks great over a simple dress. The shrug can be worn in a few different ways. There is one hook so no matter how you where it, it can be closed at the bottom. It can be more tapered in the front with a cowl in the back or you can have the cowl in the front and a more open back. This is a one size item. This item is available in both black and red.
