New for 2009 is this short sleeve variation of our most popular dress of 2008. This Latin Dress is perfect for any competition or showcase. This is a one size only dress but we find it fits better from sizes 3 to 10. This dress has rhinestone straps designed to be worn on or off the shoulder. The sleeves are cut open on top and closed underneath hiding the underarm and they connect to rhinestone armband at the end. The dress can be worn shorter with a blousy effect at top or longer for a less blousy effect. This dress can also be worn as just a top with a skirt or pants. If worn as a Top, can fit till size 12. This dress is available in Black, White, Teal, Bergundy, Bright Yellow, or Bright Green. International orders are welcomed!
